Overview
These terms govern the use of wirasena.com and the engagement of Wirasena Digital for design, development, and digital services. By using this website or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
Engagements & quotes
Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in a written quote or proposal. The signed quote takes precedence over general terms on this site.
Payments
Most projects use a milestone schedule: deposit at kickoff, balance at launch. Final delivery occurs after the final payment clears unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds are billed at an hourly or scoped rate quoted in advance.
Ownership
On final payment, the client owns the final designs and source code produced for the engagement. Wirasena retains the right to display the work in portfolios and case studies unless restricted by NDA.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, plugins, gateways, and other third-party services are governed by their providers' terms and pricing.
Limitation of liability
Wirasena Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work, beyond the fees paid for the engagement.
